🐟 Grilled Rawas (Indian Salmon) Recipe

🧂 Ingredients:

  • Rawas fish fillets – 500g

  • Lemon juice – 2 tbsp

  • Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tbsp

  • Red chili powder – 1 tsp

  • Turmeric powder – ½ tsp

  • Garam masala – ½ tsp

  • Salt – as per taste

  • Oil or ghee – for grilling

  • Fresh coriander – for garnish

🍳 Instructions:

  1. Marinate the fish:
    Mix lemon juice, ginger-garlic paste, chili powder, turmeric, garam masala, and salt.
    Coat the Rawas fillets well with the marinade and let it rest for 30 minutes to 1 hour.

  2. Grill it:

    • Heat a non-stick grill pan or tawa with a bit of oil.

    • Place the fillets gently and cook on medium flame for 4–5 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.

  3. Garnish & Serve:
    Sprinkle some fresh coriander or a squeeze of lemon juice.
    Serve with green chutney, salad, or steamed rice.
