🍳 Rani Fish Fry – राणी मासा तळणे
Ingredients:

Rani Fish (Finned Bulleye) – 500g (cleaned and cut into pieces)

Turmeric powder – ½ tsp

Red chili powder – 1 tsp (adjust to taste)

Garam masala – ½ tsp

Lemon juice – 1 tbsp

Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tbsp
-
Salt – to taste

Rice flour or semolina (rava) – 3 tbsp (for crispy coating)

Oil – for deep frying
Instructions:

In a bowl, mix turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, and salt.

Marinate the cleaned fish pieces with this spice mix for at least 30 minutes.

Sprinkle rice flour or semolina over the marinated fish and coat evenly.

Heat oil in a deep frying pan on medium heat.

Fry the fish pieces in batches until golden brown and crispy (about 4–5 minutes per batch).

Drain on paper towels to remove excess oil.

Serve hot with lemon wedges and onion rings.
